How does Is It There Yet work?
It’s easy: The gift giver creates a gift notification.
• The recipient receives a friendly email and text (if their mobile phone is provided)
  letting them know a gift is on the way.
• When the gift arrives, the recipient clicks "My Gift Arrived."
• The recipient can choose to send a thank-you message, photo, voice note, or video.
• The gift giver receives email confirmation and any thank-you message shared.

How many reminders do you send, and how often?
We send a few gentle nudges spaced out over roughly 10 days to encourage a reply. Please rest assured that we never use high-pressure tactics or spam recipients, as we aim to keep every connection positive and kind.
Can gift recipients personalize their
thank-you message?
Absolutely. Recipients write their own message. Over time, we’ll add helpful templates as a starting point so it’s easy to make each note sound like them. And if they’re not sure what to say, our gentle prompts will help them find the right words in a simple, appreciative way.
Is my information and my recipient’s information private?
Yes. Data is only for alerts. We never sell info. Recipients won't see your email or phone; alerts come from Is It There Yet.
What if they never respond?
If they don’t respond, you’ve actually gone above and beyond as a gift giver. We send three gentle reminders over about 10 days, then we stop. At that point, you can feel confident you’ve done more than your part—and if you’d like extra reassurance, you can always follow up with a warm, friendly phone call.
